NAFFS is “kicking it up a notch” and you are invited to watch industry chefs put their culinary skills to the test in this friendly competition.
 
This exciting and flavorful display of creativity will be emceed by Dave Arnold, Director of Culinary Technology at the French Culinary Institute. Watch the competitors make their magic happen as Chef Arnold details what each challenger is facing as they race the clock and each other to create their masterpieces in front of the audience and judges. Whose cuisine will reign supreme?
