The program will feature Sudarshan Nadathur, food scientist, flavorist and sustainability professional with Archer Daniels Midland Co., who will discuss various formats protein is taking in our food today. Benefits, challenges, masking agents and marketing efforts all go into meeting the growing consumer demand for healthy food items that also taste good. Nadathur will present the INSIDE STORY on the many options available and how this remarkable craze has become a big part of the American diet.
